SWING clamp cylinders WITH POSITIVE CLAMPING

In these cylinders the force is provided by built-in packs of Belleville washers, making clamping independent of the hydraulic connection.

Series 500 cylinders are ideal in all cases where a reliable, constant clamping force for a prolonged period of time is required, such as in multipallet processing systems or transfer machines.

The clamping cycle takes place in two phases: one of clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation with partial descent of the piston, and one of a vertical downward stroke for the clamping effect.

The threaded body allows easy installation on the equipment with the aid of flanges or ring-nuts.
