Single-acting air-oil booster for operating systems at up to 700 bar.

 

It is operated by supplying air to the pneumatic circuit by means of a 3-way valve, with pneumatic piston return provided by a pair of strong coil springs.

Its treated aluminium construction, with steel hydraulic section body and chromed steel hydraulic piston, ensures durability and a large number of high-speed cycles.

The hydraulic circuit is connected to a clear oil container for automatic leakage compensation and easy visual checking of the oil level.

 

The device also features 5 oil outlets, automatic air bleeding and high instantaneous force which can be repeated with precision. The 4 intensification ratios available make this booster a reliable, safe device for use on your production equipment.
